Strawberry Ice Cream

1 cup egg custard (see Banana ice cream recipe)
1/4 cup light cream
a cup of strawberries

Method:
Either chop the strawberries into small pieces & mix them into the egg custard, or add them whole to the custard & blend smooth with a hand mixer.
Stir in the cream & pour into the bowl. Part freeze the mixture in a bowl, whisk and refreeze. Whisk again, pour into a covered container & freeze until firm.
