Nachos

1 package round tortilla chips
1 can refried beans
1 can Jalapeno bean dip
Full quantity Taco Sauce recipe
8-10 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream or natural yogurt
slied black and stuffed green olives
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Taco Filling:
2 tsps oil
8 oz ground beef
2 tsps chili powder
pinch ground coriander
pinch cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

Prepare taco filling as for Tacos recipe. Top half of the tortilla chips with refried beans and half with beef taco filling. Place a spoonful of taco sauce on the bean-topped chips and Jalapeno bean dip in the beef-topped chips.
Top the tortilla chips with tomatoes, sour cream or yogurt, olives or cheese in any desired combination, and serve.
